Drill, Chair, and Ritter X-Ray

1920's DENTAL EQUIPMENT

Scary stuff!
Somewhere, the experience
of being tortured by
this equipment
is etched in each of our
genetic memories.
No wonder we
hate going to the dentist.

The contraption on the right
is a
1921 RITTER
X-Ray Machine.
Notice that the X-Ray
vaccuum tube
is completely unsheilded!!

...And how about the
low-speed cable driven drill?
I'm surprised the chair
isn't equipped with
arm clamps.
